Misha Aloyan (7-1, 1 KO), two-time world champion and two-time Olympic medalist, is going to have his last farewell fight in the pro ring.

During the Olympics in London, the Russian stood on the bronze step of the flyweight podium, and four years later in Rio lost only in the final, winning Olympic silver. At the world championships, he first won bronze (2009), but in 2011 and 2013 he became the best in the world. His collection also includes the gold of the European Championship (2010).

Aloyan made his pro debut in May 2017 and already in the fifth fight he contested the WBO bantamweight title, but lost to Zolani Teta on points (111-114, 111-114 and 110-115). In the period from December 2019 to July 2021, Aloyan fought three fights, won everything, but now he decided to hang up his gloves. Before that, however, he wants to say goodbye to the fans.

Aloyan will enter the ring for the last time on February 20 in Moscow. The name of the opponent is not specified, although Jose Soto (15-1, 6 KOs) from Colombia is considered a serious candidate for this fight.
