Miller disqualified only for six months by WBA

WBA will exclude Jarrell Miller (23-0-1, 20 KOs) only for six months from the ratings for positive doping tests before the fight on June 1 with Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KOs).

In Miller’s analysis, during the week, three different prohibited drugs were found - endurobol, growth hormone and erythropoietin. The “Big Baby” agreed with the evidence presented to him and admitted that he had used doping.

The punishment imposed on Miller theoretically does not mean that he will not be able to box for the next six months, but in practice he has no chance of obtaining a boxing license in any of the states. Greg Cohen, who was in charge of Miller’s affairs, was delighted at the decision of the World Boxing Association and said that his boxer would rest for the next six months.
