Miller failed doping test, fight with Joshua to be canceled?

Unbeaten heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller (23-0-1, 20 KOs) failed VADA doping test. This means that the fight scheduled for June 1 with Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KOs) is likely to be canceled.

The test of Miller, which gave a positive result, was made on March 20. The fight with Joshua was to be the main event of the evening, organized by the Matchroom Boxing in New York.

The banned drug found in a boxer from the United States is called GW1516 or endurobol. A substance that can burn excess fat, speeds up recovery during workouts and greatly increases stamina.

At stake in this fight should have been the titles of IBF, WBA and WBO, belonging to the Englishman. For Miller, this was the first chance to win a champion title in his career.
