Usyk training with the ball

Oleksandr Usyk continues training for his heavyweight debut. A video from a recent training session of a Ukrainian who got involved in “developing explosive power and coordination,” hit the net, namely, working out a right hand with a medicine ball.

Usyk hurls him with such force that the physical training coach who catches the ball three meters away from him cannot stand on his feet. He literally flies to the side. Regarding what fans Usyk was immediately born a joke: "That's the same Povetkin will fly away after Usyk’s punches." And other comments: "Did he changed his stance for the orthodox, or what?", "There is a power!".
