Traces of boldenone were found in the body of the former world heavyweight champion Krzysztof Glowacki after the fight with Richard Riakpo. This was reported by talksport.com columnist Michael Benson. According to a British journalist, the Pole's boxing license was suspended for four years after a positive doping test.

Glowacki's fight with Riakpo took place in January last year in Manchester. The Briton won an early victory by technical knockout in the fourth round. The doping tests were carried out by the British Anti-Doping Agency (UKAD).

Glowacki, who won the cruiseweight world title twice in his career, announced his retirement from boxing after this performance and now fights under MMA rules.
