Paige held her last fight in the UFC in July 2020, losing to the Brazilian Amanda Ribas already in the first round by a painful hold on her arm. After this, Vanzant retired from the promotion. After that, Paige tried her hand at bare-knuckle fighting. She had two fights in the BKFC top boxing league, having suffered two defeats.
