UFC lightweight division fighter Umar Nurmagomedov spoke about his bathroom encounter with the organization's featherweight champion Sean O'Malley.
"During the tournament when Aljamain Sterling and Henry Sejudo were fighting, I went to the restroom to wash my hands, forearms, face, feet before praying. As I was doing voodoo, O'Malley came into the restroom. He saw me but didn't say anything. After I finished, he told me he was surprised to see someone in the restroom washing their feet. We talked for a while. I told him that I had heard how good he thought of me and thanked him. We respect each other and I hope we fight like Khabib and Conor," Nurmagomedov told ESPN MMA.
