UFC featherweight champion Alex Pereira said he will not be looking to formalize another knockout victory at all costs in his upcoming bout with challenger Khalil Rountree.
"Khalil is a strong and dangerous guy. He's hungry, and he has a dream. But I will use my intelligence and experience. I always put pressure on my opponents and if they are ready - they break. It doesn't matter if it's a decision, a knockout or a submission. My goal is to remain the champion," - quotes Pereira press service of the UFC.
Recall that the fight Pereira - Rountree will headline the UFC 307 tournament, which will take place on the night of October 6 in Salt Lake City, USA.
