Former world champion Ricky Hatton shared his opinion on Anthony Joshua 's defeat to IBF heavyweight titleholder Daniel Dubois.
"It's a super heavyweight. I think betting on Joshua was always a competent bet, but I think everyone knew Daniel was capable of doing it. AJ has always had a very standard character. If you look in Daniel Dubois' eyes that night, he reminded me of me when I went out to fight against Kostya Tszyu.
A.J. will be back. He's an Olympic gold medalist, two-time world heavyweight champion. To come back and win the title a third time is a historic achievement. So Joshua will be back. Over the years he has made the UK very proud of him. Undoubtedly, he will do it again," Hatton said in an interview with the YouTube channel Boxing News.
Recall that on September 21, Dubois knocked out Joshua in the fifth round in the main event of the evening of boxing at London's Wembley Stadium.
