Legendary mixed style fighter Fedor Emelianenko decided to major in horticulture at Voronezh State University (VGAU). The athlete personally applied at the end of August.
Emelianenko chose to major in horticulture at the Department of Agronomy, Agrochemistry and Ecology in the part-time department. Since the fighter already has a degree, he didn't need his USE results when applying for the budget - he will have to pass the internal university entrance examinations in September. Admission lists will appear at the end of September.
Emelianenko, 44, will next fight against American Timothy Johnson on October 23 at the Bellator tournament in Moscow.
