As reported by the portal nosmokesport, a substance that was recently discovered during an anti-doping test in Dillian Whyte (29-3, 19 KOs), this is molidust.

The drug does not have a very rich history of use in the world of professional sports, and its action is reduced to supporting the natural production of erythropoietin (EPO), a hormone that stimulates the production of red blood cells that transport oxygen and carbon dioxide into the body.

White, who missed his August 12 fight with Anthony Joshua due to doping, claimed on social media that he did not knowingly take any banned substances and was shocked by the result of the doping test.
