Eddie Hearn asks WBC and WBO executives to appoint a unified middleweight fight of Jermall Charlo (32-0, 22 KOs) and Demetrius Andrade (31-0, 19 KOs). Thus, the British promoter responded to the letter of Egis Klimas, which requires that Zhanibek Alimkhanuly received the status of an official contender for the belt of the World Boxing Organization.

The head of the promotional organization Matchroom would like to see the unification fight between Charlo and Andrade take place in the first half of next year. The WBC and WBO may make such a decision, and Hearn should have an answer to his question shortly.

Charlo last boxed in June, but it is not yet known when he will return to the ring. Andrade has had two fights this year, and the last time he entered the ring was in mid-November.
