%foto2%ALBERT SOSNOWSKI has pulled the plug on his European title showdown with Audley Harrison — in favour of a crack at Vitali Klitschko. Sosnowski was due to defend his crown against Harrison at London\'s Alexandra Palace on April 9. But the European heavyweight champion will now take on WBC king Klitschko in Germany on May 29. Sownowski, 31, said: \"This is a dream come true. \"I was already training for the Harrison fight when I suddenly get the chance of a lifetime. \"For me, Klitschko is already over the hill. I know I am the underdog but Klitschko will regret he picked me. \"I will be the first Polish heavyweight champion of the world!\" Sosnowski\'s title is expected to be declared vacant, so Prizefighter winner Harrison will still get his shot at the belt. Promoters Matchroom are in the process of finding A-Force a new opponent and are waiting to hear back from Ukrainian Alexander Dimitrenko. John Wischhusen, Matchroom\'s director of boxing, said: \"Next in line is Dimitrenko. \"We asked him last night and are waiting for a reply. \"If he says no, we\'re just going to go down the list of rankings until somebody says yes.\" Matchroom boss Barry Hearn added: \"This is a life changing opportunity for Sosnowski and he\'s boxing for a lot of money. \"Bookmakers will make him a rank outsider — and that\'s exactly what he is. \"But I\'ve been in this business long enough to know that stranger things have happened. \"He is genuinely excited by this opportunity and Team Sosnowski think they are going to cause a surprise.\" «The Sun»
