Former interim UFC lightweight champion Dustin Porier has repeatedly stated that he is a great admirer of Vasyl Lomachenko's talent. Now the American named the famous Ukrainian his favorite current boxer.
"Who's your favorite active boxer?" one fan asked Puryear on co-feature X.
"Loma," - briefly and clearly answered Porye.
Recall that in May, Lomachenko captured the IBF lightweight title with an early dismantling of Jorge Kambososos. As for Puryear, in early June he failed in his third attempt to become a full-fledged UFC champion, losing to lightweight division leader Islam Makhachev by choke.
