"AJ will be sharp early on. It depends on how much punishment Dubois takes in the first few rounds. If not too much, Dubois could potentially stop AJ after 4-5 rounds. But Joshua is likely to land too often early, leading to a shootout and eventual stoppage."
In the co-main event at 160lbs, Josh Kelly faces late replacement Ishmael Davis after Liam Smith pulled out with a virus. Crolla expects Kelly to win on points, calling him "a special talent" who'll be "too cute" for Davis despite some tricky moments.
Josh Buatsi takes on Willy Hutchinson in another intriguing matchup. Crolla predicts a late stoppage for Buatsi but isn't too confident. He noted that Hutchinson gave Buatsi trouble in sparring and could frustrate him early like he did against Craig Richards.
