“We agreed that if an offer comes from Saudi Arabia and it’s real, we will accept it,” said Arum, whose company promotes Fury in conjunction with Warren’s promotion Queensberry Promotions. - If not, we will fight at Wembley.
The duel between Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) from Morecambe, England, and Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) from Simferopol, Ukraine, will determine the first undisputed champion of the era of four belts.
“The fighters agreed to everything,” Arum said. — I spoke with Frank Warren. We're giving them until the end of this week to come up with an offer that I think we'll get. If we don't get it, we'll fight at Wembley. And then we have to talk about percentages because Usyk wants 50/50. It's not right if the fight takes place at Wembley because there will be 95,000 Brits in the fight and big British money per view, so Tyson deserves the lion's share.
“But we won’t get to that if investors come from Saudi Arabia, because they work in such a way that they make deals with each of the fighters. We were led to believe that they would come with an offer this week. I will believe it when I see it, but things have been different in the past,” Arum added.
