Information has been officially confirmed that a light heavyweight unification fight between the WBC and IBF world champion will take place at the Top Rank evening in New York on June 18 Artur Beterbiev (17-0, 17 KOs) and WBO world champion title Joe Smith Jr. (28-3, 22 KOs).
The last time the American boxed was in January when he stopped Steven Gerrard. Beterbiev defeated Marcus Braun in his last appearance in the ring ahead of schedule.
