Fundora: "Our fight with Tszyu could be a contender for fight of the year."

Newly crowned WBO and WBC light middleweight champion Sebastian Fundora (21-1-1, 13 KOs) said after his fight with Australia's Tim Tszyu (24-1, 17 KOs) that he has long been used to bloody fights.

On March 30, Fundora unexpectedly defeated Tszyu by split decision (112-116, 116-112 and 115-113) at Boxing Night in Las Vegas, USA.

"Since I was eight years old, my nose has been bleeding all the time. Blood is not something wild for me. We fight in the arena. We are gladiators. Have you seen my fights before? My fights are always bloody. I think this fight could be a contender for Fight of the Year. It was a tough fight, a tough opponent," Boxing Scene quoted Fundora as saying.
