Prochazka: "Being a samurai is an attitude to life"

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka revealed what being a samurai means to him.

"For me, being a samurai is an attitude towards life. It's all about what you have in life, the paradigm you live in and how you look at situations. Sometimes you don't need to be a samurai because that attitude and that role is not effective in all aspects of your life. That's why I don't just use it for fights.

We need to understand our lives - our brains need to understand why we do what we do based on some theory or idea. These ideas from the moral code of Bushido help me stay honest in my life. That's it. You have to find what resonates with you. And the way of life of samurai meets my personality and my preferences," - quotes Czech MMA Fighting.

Recall that on April 13 at UFC 300 in Las Vegas, USA, Prochazka knocked out Aleksandar Rakic in the second round.
