Pantoja: "Erceg proved to be a very tough opponent"

UFC featherweight champion Aleixandre Pantoja commented on his win over Steve Erceg in the main event of UFC 301 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

"It was a very hard fight, give a loud round of applause for Steve. I'm here to fight the best in the world and he's one of them. This guy proved to be a very tough opponent, a lot of respect to him.

I think I need to start working more on my head dodges because I miss too much, but my grappling is the best in the world. And I have the best team in the world. Huge thanks to my coaches," Pantoja said after the fight.
