Vera revealed when he expects to fight Ian

Former UFC lightweight title challenger Marlon Vera said he plans to fight former division champion Peter Yan in November.

"I want to fight in November at Madison Square Garden, I would like to do it with Petr Yan. The winner has to wait for the title fight.

He's said no before. We saw each other the last time I fought and he said: "Hey, I want you to be next." What's he talking about if he turned it down twice?" - said the Ecuadorian in an interview with Cameron Haynes' YouTube channel.

Recall that Vera last appeared in the octagon on March 9 at UFC 299, losing by unanimous decision to champion Sean O'Malley.
