Whittaker doesn't think Nickal is ready for top-10 opponents just yet
Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker believes it's too early for undefeated prospect Bo Nakal to move on to fight top-10 ranked fighters.
On April 13 at the UFC 300 anniversary event in Las Vegas, USA, Nical defeated Cody Brandege by choke and improved his record to 6-0.
"I think we saw some potential holes in Bo Nickal's game. He finally got a guy as an opponent that he couldn't do everything he wanted to do with. That being said, it's obvious that Cody Brandege is not the best fighter in the world.

I think Bo Nickal looked pretty good against a guy who can both wrestle and throw punches, while not looking as good as he did because he had to run after him. What is there is what is there. I think he has some things to work on before he's ready to fight top-10 guys," Whittaker said on the MMArcade podcast.
