Badu Jack may fight next in new division

Badu Jack, a former world champion in the first heavyweight division, announced that he could fight his next fight in a new weight category - bridgerweight.

“There is a new weight category - bridgerweight. I can’t give a 100% guarantee, but yes, it looks like it will happen,” Badu said.

It is worth noting that Bridgerweight was created in 2020. This division is higher than cruiserweight, but has an upper limit of 101.6 kg. This weight category was introduced by the WBC, but the WBA, IBF, and WBO did not support the introduction of this division.
