Fight for WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles between Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs) will likely take place on August 12 at the Municipal Stadium in Wroclaw, Poland.

K2 Promotions, representing the Ukrainian champion, won the tender to organize this event, offering $8.057 million. The bet will be split 75/25 in favor of Usyk, meaning the defending champion will earn $6.042 million and the official challenger $2.014 million.

In addition to Wroclaw, K2 also mentioned Manchester (England) and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) as two alternative venues for the event in the tender documents. In both cases, the fight is scheduled for August 12.

According to WBA rules, the fight can take place no later than 90 days after the tender. Boxers, in turn, must sign contracts for the fight in the next 20 days.

Frank Warren also entered the tender, offering $5.6 million. Before proceeding with the tender, K2 tried to convince Warren to fight in Poland without having to settle the tender, but the British ultimately did not agree to any voluntary offer.
