Davis Garcia: 200k broadcasts sold
According to American journalist Dan Raphael, the Showtime evening, which took place at the Capital One Arena in Washington, brought in more than 200,000 pay-per-view sales.
The main event of the evening was the fight for the regular WBA lightweight belt between Gervonta Davis (28-0, 26 KOs) and Hector Luis Garcia (16-1, 10 KOs). More than 19,000 fans watched the event live from the height of the stands. Ticket sales for the show exceeded $5 million.
Boxing fans also saw the new IBF interim welterweight champion Jaron Ennis (30-0, 27 KOs) and former two-weight world champion Demetrius Andreyd (32-0, 19 KOs).

Last year's fight between Gervonta Davis and Rolando Romero was also featured on PPV. At that time, sales of paid packages exceeded 275,000 units.
