Created by Caleb O'Connor, the lifesize model of WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder will stand in front of the YCMA in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and be a reminder of the title holder's run at the top.

“At first I’ve been spending time watching the champion training. And getting to know the body mechanics of boxing that took weeks and I’m still working on that. Then we had him come in and we photograph him in poses. Then the sculpture will take three to four months” O’Connor told.

The man himself added: It's almost coming to life. Two Wilder means Double The Trouble! Bomb Zquad Taking Over. Thanks to (Caleb O'Connor) for this amazing job on my statue that will go downtown."

Wilder, 31, has won all 38 of his contests so far, 37 by knockout and is currently one of the best top division fighters on the planet.
