Aspinall: "If I were Ngannou, I would have stayed in boxing"

UFC interim heavyweight titleholder Tom Aspinall believes former division champion Francis Ngannou should continue to develop his boxing career.

"It's up to him what he does next. If I were him, I would go where the money is. As far as I know, the money is in boxing now, but I'm not Francis Ngannou, so who knows.

I see a lot of MMA fighters think it's easy to switch to boxing. Like, they punch, we punch too. However, that's not the case. I've done many rounds with high level professional boxers and I can tell you it's not that easy. These guys have been boxing since they were ten years old," - quotes Aspinall MMA Fighting.

Recall that on March 8, Ngannou suffered a crushing defeat by knockout from Anthony Joshua.
