Shevchenko unwilling to fight Grasso again on Mexican Independence Day

Former dominant UFC women's bantamweight champion Valentina Shevchenko has made it clear that she is not going to have a third fight with current belt holder Alexa Grasso at UFC 306, which takes place Sept. 14 at the Sphere Arena in Las Vegas.

It was previously reported that the athletes will become coaches of opposing teams as part of The Ultimate Fighter 32 season

"It would be fair if one fight was for her and one for me. We already fought on Mexican Independence Day. We have to come up with something for Kyrgyzstan.

Take, for example, the lineup of fighters on TUF. There is a Mexican fighter, but there is no Kyrgyz fighter. So we need to make everything fair," MMA Mania quotes Shevchenko as saying.
