UFC lightweight division fighterUmar Nurmagomedov expressed his desire to fight Corey Sandhagen after his win over Bekzat Almahan.
"I want to fight Corey Sandhagen. I think it will be a contender's fight. I came out for the fight despite the injuries. I wasn't 100 percent healthy. I performed about 50 percent," Umar said after the fight.
The confrontation between Nurmagomedov and Almakhan took place on the night from March 2 to 3 at UFC Fight Night 238 and ended with the victory of Umar by unanimous decision of the judges.
